JACKRABBIT Extra Virgin California Olive Oil is produced in the rich farmland of Northern California’s Capay Valley. The Capay Valley is known for its rich soil and abundance of small family farms committed to organic, sustainable growing practices. JACKRABBIT is a transitional organic farm, planted by owner John Di Ruocco in 2008. John passionately shares these values, dedicated to caring for this verdant land while producing the highest quality olives possible.

We are proud to offer two selections at this time, our award-winning Frantoio Variety and our well-balanced Relaxed Blend. Currently, online purchases are only offered in the combinations shown on our shopping page.
